Supreme Court Historical Judgement for Ram Mandir - ViiralFest

Supreme Court gave Historical Judgement for Ram Mandir...

The Supreme Court today issued a historic ruling on whether or not the mosque should be transferred to a constitution bench to revise the 1994 judgment that was not an integral part of Islam, and the Supreme Court ruled that the mosque was not an integral part of Islam. The Supreme Court upheld the 1994 verdict that Muslims should not be allowed to pray for this purpose.

Earlier in 1994, the Supreme Court ruled that there was no mosque for the dispute between Ismail Farooqi and the Indian government in relation to the Ayodhya Ram temple case in 1994, and that the mosque was not an integral part of Islam and that the government could seize the site built by the mosque. Muslim organizations have appealed to the Supreme Court's ruling.
A bench headed by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra today said the mosque was not an integral part of Islam. The bench, headed by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice Ashok Bhushan and Justice Abdul Nazir, was announced in a 2-1 majority vote. It is possible that the construction of the Ram temple will be sufficient to create a grand temple in the year 2019. This judgment of the Supreme Court has repeatedly turned down Muslim organizations.
