5 Simple Home Remedies for Cough 

     Cold, cold is commonplace. But it is still in the throat of our throat. It can bring us Cough or sleep in the night sleeping. This will not be the biggest damage to life. But if it stays in the throat for a long time, it can cause inflammation in the respiratory tract to prevent our lungs.

Here is Simple Home Remedies... 

1. Lemons :
       Anti-bacterial properties in lemon contribute to vitamin C infections, and help in maintaining health.

        2 tablespoons of Lemon and 1 Tablespoon of Honey in one glass of boiling water and mix this mixture 3 times a day. Doing so causes throat caffeine to break out.  

2.  Salt Water
     This method is generally known to all. Add a little Salt to a cup of nutmeg and knead the mouth 5-6 times a day. This prevents the increase of the Cough.

3. Pepper powder
      Pepper powder is a cold, cold-blooded Home Medicine. It Reduces the Cough in the throat and facilitates breathing. And the throat spills out and removes cough. 

     Add 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder, as much as the grated Ginger and Honey and mix well. It should be consumed 2-3 times a day. This will dissolve into caffeine.

4. Garlic
      Garlic has fiber-reducing properties, as it is a Cough of caffeine. Garlic should be well mixed with a little water before bedtime and at night. 

      If it is cold in the nose, then add the juice and mix it with water and leave some drops of the mixture into the nose. It eliminates the strained lime.

5. Ginger :
         Ginger is a cold, cold-blooded house. It helps to eliminate cold and facilitate breathing. Ginger into small pieces and put in boiling water. Then add honey to it for 3-4 times a day This will eliminate the throat Cough.
