How to lose Weight by Simple Steps...

1. Salad:
Vegetable salad

Chopped carrots 2 teaspoons, chopped tomato 2 teaspoons, chopped cucumber 2 teaspoons, onion 2 teaspoon. 1 teaspoon of ginger, 2 green chilli, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste. Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl and mix it well. This is your weight and control. And good for health. Take a meal once or twice a day. 

2. Papaya: 



Chopped 1 small papaya, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon red sugar, 1 teaspoon finely chopped basil and mint leaves. Put the vinegar in a pan and mix it well and then add the papaya slices. Mix it, then add the basil and sesame powder to the top and then eat it. This is good for health. 

3. Soy cool coffee:



200 ml cold soy milk, 2 teaspoons filtered coffee, sugar 2 teaspoon, a little bit of hot water. 
Mix sugar, coffee, and hot water and mix well, then add soy milk. Then put it in the refrigerator for a while. Then eat it.
